This About my Dad Printable is a wonderful way to record memories about your child’s perception about their dad! A great gift!

Kids of many ages will love filling out this About my Dad Printable for their Dad!

Some of these answers will be fun, I’m sure! We had a fun one just verbally one year. I had met a friend for lunch when my kids were small and it happened to be my husband’s birthday. One of my young ones informed her of this and she gave the appropriate joy then asked how old he was. My son replied, “60!” Hahaha!! No, he wasn’t 60 but about half that! But when you are 5, 60 is the same as 30—ish. 😊

If they are able to write on their own, this is a great writing assignment and one they don’t usually mind doing. Most kids think filling in answers about their parent is fun to do.

If they aren’t able to write on their own yet, have them dictate the answers to you and fill in the answers for them. Still have them do their own signature though, even if it is just a curvy line or mess. It is their mark.

This is a wonderful gift for Dad on Father’s Day!

It could even be a gift for a grandfather on Father’s Day but even better, I have a similar questionnaire geared toward grandfathers that would be even better. It is very similar and would be perfect for a Father’s Day gift to a grandfather who has stepped into the role of father to a child.
