Basic Seasoning Mix

basic seasoning mix in small jar with a spoon

Having this Basic Seasoning Mix made up and ready to grab makes many recipes quicker! It is a bonus that it is also easy to make this mix!

Don’t you love when you have a mix that saves you time and energy? Well, this Basic Seasoning Mix is one of them! It is also one of the easiest ones to make up!

Any time I realize I use the same recipe over and over, I try to figure out if I can make a shortcut or any way to make it easier. One way to do that is if there are dry ingredients, I can mix them up ahead of time so they are ready to go.

I do this for pancakes, my Amazing Cornbread Muffins, Freezer Spaghetti Sauce and several rice mixes (that I will be posting soon).

This recipe has been shared in Weekend Potluck. Head on over to these great sites for LOTS of new recipes each week!
