Non stick spray—may be optional but I always give my slow cooker a spray for easy cleanup

Fork—to test for doneness
Sweet Potatoes

1. Spray your slow cooker with non stick spray.
2. Wash sweet potatoes.
3. Put sweet potatoes in slow cooker. You can put in a few or fill your slow cooker. Just make sure the lid fits on securely.
4. Cook on high for about 3 hours or low 6-8 hours.
5. Test by poking with a fork. When it goes in easily, it is done.
They will freeze well.
