How to Store Pumpkin Dip

Store covered in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to a week. If a little water gathers, just pour it off or mix it in; whatever you prefer.

How to Quickly get Cream Cheese to Room Temperature

So, you have decided you want to make this recipe and haven’t laid your cream cheese on the counter an hour or two before?

No problem.

You have two choices.

Completely unwrap the cream cheese. Place it in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. If it needs to be softer, give it another 15 seconds.

Or-

Take the cream cheese out of the cardboard box but leave it in the foil wrapper. Place it in very hot tap water in a bowl for about 15 minutes. Make sure there are no punctures in the foil if you use this method.
