No problem! I have a super easy recipe to make your own!
I always use my Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice. It is just 4 basic spices and no fillers.
Can it Be Made Ahead of Time
Yes, it can be made ahead of time so makes a good meal prep option. Store it in a container with a lid or bowl with plastic wrap.
It will be thicker when you reheat it so just add a bit more milk and stir until it is the consistency you like.
How to Store Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
If you have leftovers, store in the refrigerator in a container with a lid or in a bowl with plastic wrap.

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
In a small saucepan, combine the water, milk, oats, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cook and stir for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in syrup and vanilla.
Serve with nuts, berries and additional syrup if desired.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- Sliced or chopped nuts, optional
- Berries, optional
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, milk, oats, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
- Bring to a boil.
