Roasted Parmesan Green Beans are so fresh and flavorful! They are a great gluten free and low carb side dish! Only 6 ingredients and ready in less than 25 minutes!
One of our favorite ways to eat fresh green beans is Roasted Parmesan Green Beans.
It is also a dish that I like to prepare—because it is quick and easy!
It does not take long to get this in the oven and it will cook while I get other things ready.
The foil lined pan even makes clean up a breeze! There is nothing to not like about this recipe!
This is low carb and gluten free too.
It is pictured here with Lemon Herb Baked Fish. I used salmon this time. It was a perfect combination.
This recipe has been shared in Weekend Potluck. Head on over to these great sites for LOTS of new recipes each week!
Could I use a different cheese?
Yes!
The title is parmesan green beans but any cheese can be used.
One of my sons is not crazy about parmesan (where did HE come from! :)) so I do some with mozzarella for him. We all like them with either cheese.
Can it be made Dairy Free, Paleo and Whole 30?
Yes, it would be all of these things and just as delicious if you just leave off the cheese.
My daughter in law prefers it without cheese so I just leave part of the pan without it for her. Sometimes I have several sections so everyone has it just how they like it. It is a recipe that you can do that with.
A Shortcut:
I also make this recipe with broccoli and asparagus so I keep a mixture of equal parts of salt, pepper and garlic powder in a container so it is easy to grab and use. This recipe is already very easy but that makes it even easier!
