Lemon Herb Mayonnaise is the perfect topping for Gluten Free Salmon Cakes.  

It is also good on pretty much any fish or seafood cake recipe.

Lemon Herb Mayonnaise is easy to mix up 5 minutes ahead of time or can be made several hours or the day before and refrigerated until needed.  

This makes a little less than a cup or 7 two Tablespoon servings.

And those 2 Tbsp. have 0 carbs! Yes! 🙂

Can you freeze Lemon Herb Mayonnaise?

It is not recommended to freeze this because it has a mayonnaise base.

lemon juice

horseradish

dried thyme

salt

Instructions:

Add all to a mixing bowl.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Add all to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to combine well.
  3. Refrigerate until needed.
  4. Can be made several hours or the day before needed.
