Raspberry Jell-O- Sugar Free Jell-O can be used. You will need one .6 ounce box or two .3 ounce boxes

Water

Cream cheese-regular or 1/3 fat

Cool Whip-this was tested with the bought, frozen kind

Cherry pie filling-regular or sugar free

How to Make Raspberry Cherry Jell-O

Whisk together Jell-O in boiling water until Jell-O is dissolved.

Add cream cheese.

Beat with beater on low speed until blended.

Jell-O mixture blended

Cool until starting to gel—2 hours or less.

Jell-o mixture chilled

Stir in cherry pie filling and Cool Whip with a whisk or spatula.

Pour into small rectangle dish or mold that holds 2 quarts.

  • 1 heaping cup Cool Whip
  • 1 20 ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions

Whisk together Jell-O in boiling water until Jell-O is dissolved.
Add cream cheese.
Beat with beater on low speed until blended.
Cool until starting to gel—2 hours or less.
