This Simple Recipe for Hamburgers is all you need to make moist, delicious burgers every time. They are Keto, Low Carb, Gluten and Dairy Free too!
We have several delicious hamburger recipes that we love but sometimes I just want to make a plain version. I came up with this Simple Recipe for Hamburgers and we couldn’t be happier with them!
These have just enough flavor that they aren’t too plain but don’t have a lot of extras added into the meat. They cook up nicely without falling apart too so the cook appreciates that!

Can you Make this Simple Recipe for Hamburgers Ahead of Time?
Yes! If you wish to make your burgers ahead of time, place them on a plate so they are not touching and put wax paper or parchment paper (affiliate link) between layers. Wrap them securely with plastic wrap until ready to cook. Make up to 8 hours ahead.
How do I store leftovers?
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for several days or freeze.
Tips for juicy burgers:
Don’t overhandle the meat. Combine the ingredients well but don’t overdo it.
Flip only once while cooking. Whether on the grill or in a skillet, one flip is all you want. It is that overhandling thing again.
Don’t press the juices out of the burgers with the flipper while they are cooking. Releasing juice from the burgers obviously will make them less juicy.
