Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Potatoes

This Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Potatoes is an easy 4 ingredient meal! Prep time is earlier in the day so it is ready to eat when you are!

I have made this Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Potatoes more times than I can count. I have made it for family meals and company over and over.

It is so nice to have the main meal prep done early in the day and have time for sides and last minute things closer to meal time.

Carrots are a perfect addition if you would like to make it a one pot meal.

Pork tenderloin-you can use whatever cut of pork roast you like but the tenderloin is the nicest so you don’t have to worry with bones or extra fat.

Potatoes-any potato you like is fine.

Onion-any onion you like is fine too. It could be left out but does add good flavor.

Water

Adobo seasoning-if you don’t have Adobo, a mixture of basic seasoning mix or just salt and pepper would be fine.

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Potatoes

Peel and cube potatoes.

Cut onion in half.

Spray slow cooker.

Add potatoes and onion to slow cooker.

Lay meat on top.

Pour water over meat.

Sprinkle Adobo over top of everything in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

To make gravy, follow the directions in Simple Homemade Turkey or Chicken Gravy and just use the pork broth instead of turkey or chicken broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 4 ounces onion
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ Tablespoons Adobo seasoning

Instructions

Peel and cube potatoes.
