Key Ingredients
(Full printable ingredients and instructions are just below.)

Pork tenderloin-you can use whatever cut of pork roast you like but the tenderloin is the nicest so you don’t have to worry with bones or extra fat.
Potatoes-any potato you like is fine.
Onion-any onion you like is fine too. It could be left out but does add good flavor.
Water
Adobo seasoning-if you don’t have Adobo, a mixture of basic seasoning mix or just salt and pepper would be fine.
How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Potatoes
Peel and cube potatoes.
Cut onion in half.
Spray slow cooker.
Add potatoes and onion to slow cooker.
Lay meat on top.

Pour water over meat.

Sprinkle Adobo over top of everything in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

To make gravy, follow the directions in Simple Homemade Turkey or Chicken Gravy and just use the pork broth instead of turkey or chicken broth.
