S’mores Fudge is a fantastic combo of two favorites! And with a simple fudge base, it is even easy to make!
Don’t you just love S’mores? Don’t you just love fudge? Either of those are delicious and S’mores Fudge is AMAZING!
If you have never made fudge before, there is nothing to be intimidated about. Some candies need a candy thermometer or to be stirred a long time to be just right. This fudge though, is so easy!
For this S’mores Fudge, we will just stir and melt, stir in some additions, pour it into a pan and chill. When it is cool, cut into bite sized pieces! That’s it!
This recipe has been shared in Weekend Potluck. Head on over to these great sites for LOTS of new recipes each week!
Can it Be Made Ahead of Time
Yes, it sure can! It will wait patiently in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
Can This Be Frozen
Yes! Fudge freezes well.
Just put it in an airtight container; some plastic wrap around it inside for extra protection is great, and put it in the freezer.
I have frozen it for a few weeks ahead and it tastes fresh for the holidays and when we had leftovers, I have frozen it for even a few months after.
How to Store S’mores Fudge
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Key Ingredients
(Full printable ingredients and instructions are just below.)

Milk chocolate chips; Semi sweet or dark chocolate chips are fine to use if you prefer
Sweetened condensed milk; not evaporated milk
Vanilla extract
Graham crackers; 1 cup of broken graham crackers is about 3 crackers. You don’t want them to be crushed. Just break them up by hand
Mini marshmallows
Mini chocolate chips; For the ¼ cup of mini chips to melt for the drizzle, they can be any chips. I use the mini chips because they melt nice and fast but if you have regular sized chips, they are fine
Coconut oil or butter
How to Make S’mores Fudge
Set aside ½ cup each of broken graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and the ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips. These will be for on top of the fudge.
Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray.

1-In a heavy saucepan, add the 2 packages of chocolate chips and the condensed milk over low heat.
2-Stir and watch it as it melts.
When it is melted and smooth, remove it from the heat.
3-Stir in the vanilla, salt and ½ cup of the broken graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
Stir together.
4-Spread into the prepared pan.

5-Sprinkle with the rest of the broken graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
Press them down a little so they are stuck into the fudge well.
Melt the mini chocolate chips and coconut oil for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir well.
6&7-Using the spoon or spatula, drizzle the melted chocolate over the fudge.
Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or until firm.
8-Lift by foil and remove from pan.

9-Cut into squares.
10-You should get about 144 squares if you cut the whole thing into quarters and then each quarter into 6 rows then across by 6 rows again.
