No Campfire Needed S’mores are an easy, 4 ingredient recipe to simply melt, assemble and chill that can be made any time. They are just as good as their campfire counterpart!
Sometimes you are just hungry for a S’mores but may not be able to have a campfire. These No Campfire Needed S’mores will more than satisfy!
They have the melted chocolate, the gooey marshmallow and the crunchy graham cracker; all the goodness of a S’mores!

Can No Campfire Needed S’mores Be Made Ahead of Time
Yes! Make several hours ahead and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
How to Store
Keep cool.
Store any leftovers in refrigerator in airtight container.
Key Ingredients

Graham crackers—broken into pairs of two
Marshmallow crème—just the kind in a jar
Semisweet chocolate chips—dark chocolate would be fine too if you prefer
Coconut oil
How to Make No Campfire Needed S’mores
Add chocolate chips and oil to microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high 30 seconds.
Stir.
Microwave 30 seconds more and stir until smooth.
Spread 1 ½ Tablespoons of marshmallow crème onto one set of graham crackers.
Lay another set of graham crackers on top like a sandwich.
Gently lay the sandwich into the chocolate and carefully cover all sides with melted chocolate using a spatula and forks—whatever works best for you.
Use a fork to gently make lines across the top of the Smores. (It is kind of messy and hides the mess.)
Lay on parchment paper lined baking sheet or flat plate.
Chill until set, an hour or more.

No Campfire Needed S’mores are an easy, 4 ingredient recipe to simply melt, assemble and chill that can be made any time. They are just as good as their campfire counterpart!
Ingredients
- 8 double graham crackers (so 16 rectangles in groups of 2)
- 6 Tablespoons marshmallow crème
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Add chocolate chips and oil to microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high 30 seconds.
- Stir.
- Microwave 30 seconds more and stir until smooth.
- Spread 1 ½ Tablespoons marshmallow crème onto one set of graham crackers.
- Lay another set of graham crackers on top like a sandwich.
- Gently lay the sandwich into the chocolate and carefully cover all sides with melted chocolate using a spatula and forks—whatever works best for you.
