You will love this recipe for Simple Homemade Turkey Stuffing Dressing! If you break up bread, you can make stuffing!

Are you wondering how easy it is to make your own stuffing? Or if it takes too long?

It takes only 5 ingredients to make this homemade stuffing. It cooks in the bird—why it is stuffing and not dressing, so the bird gives it much of the flavor.

If you are going to cook a bird, you are almost there! (If you want to know how to cook a turkey, I have a Step by Step How to Cook a Turkey post that would be the same process for a chicken and it is really quite easy. It even has tips about how to do it ahead of time so you will be all cleaned up before the holiday; you sure can’t beat that!)

We are simply going to melt some butter, sauté some vegetables, pour that over some broken pieces of bread then stuff it into our bird.

That is stuffing!
