Cream Cheese Ball is a Keto, Low Carb, gluten free crowd pleaser! 5 easy ingredients that can be made ahead makes it a hostess pleaser too! And only 2 Carbs per serving!
A Gluten Free and Low Carb Cream Cheese Ball is always welcome at any event.
One of my brothers made this for a family gathering many years ago and shared the recipe with me. I have since made it numerous times and every time someone else wants the recipe too.
The deviled ham seems to be what gives it just the right flavor that people love.
To make it gluten free or lower carb, use real cooked, crumbled bacon instead of the Bacon Bits.
The cheese part can be made the day before but the Bacon Bits will get soft so should be put on at the last few minutes if possible.
This recipe has been shared in Meal Plan Monday and Weekend Potluck. Head on over to these great sites for LOTS of new recipes each week!
Can it be made ahead?
The cheese part can be made ahead but the Baco-s will get soft after time so add them when ready to serve.
Just store the ball in the refrigerator in plastic wrap until ready to serve. Add the bacon then.
